The Lake11 development represents an investment of unparalleled scale and importance in Budapest. Demeter Design Stúdió was commissioned with the architectural concept of 3 plots, 175 apartments in collaboration with the French Coldey and Ötelem architectural offices. Lake11 creates a micro-community within the city, whose members can find themselves in nature within minutes of the city center. The basic concept is based on different lifestyle models, coupled with a variety of architectural and interior design solutions, all in diverse natural environment. The goal was to create a harmony between architecture, nature and livable living spaces.
