The German Würth is one of the most significant companies in the building industry. The Hungarian and regional center, having outgrown its current complex, organised a competition for a new location, which Reload and DDS won in the summer of 2018. The site is located outside of Budapest, on a gently sloping green field, overlooking a wooded area. We placed the main

office building along the main road, which serves

as the „face” of the new headquarters complex. Using the sloping site as a „masking” strategy, we put the large logistics warehouse below the office building, which makes its presence more discreet. The office is an elegant and modernist glazed building, allowing its natural surroundings to enter the interior. In alignment with the overall architectural concept, the interior has a rational layout, yet the balance of materials and spatial elements creates an organic flow within the dynamic design.
