We were asked to redesign some of the back-end areas of the renowned hotel chain operating in Gresham Palace. We reimagined the Gresti staff canteen on level -1, the offices on the Mezzanine level and the staff entrance in a way that created a balance between the luxurious hotel spaces, the nobility of the listed building and the back-end areas. An important goal was to create a livable and inspiring working environment for the employees in terms of human aspects.
