As Graphisoft transformed from a local software firm into an internationally recognised company, the nature and design of the workplace also had to adapt. DDS was asked to design the interiors in such a manner that the intimacy of the family-style workplace is maintained, whilst the company’s evolution into an international leader is easily recognised.

A large café has been designed within the communal area at the entrance, which now acts as the heart of the community. The lobby also set the tone for the overall design palette, which can be traced throughout the building: wooden ceilings, high-quality lighting and natural colours. With reinvented spatial systems and the community spaces that open to the Danube we have established a completely novel environment for Graphisoft.
